WePay, which provides payment services for marketplaces, crowdfunding platforms and other sites that enable online transactions between third-party buyers and sellers, is beginning to give the likes of Stripe and PayPal a run for their money. WePay’s growth is apparent with over $5B in processed payments over the last 5 years, new partnerships with Freshbooks, expansion of the product in Canada and testing in Europe and Australia.
Best known for its core ERP and financial software, NetSuite also offers CRM, ecommerce, inventory solutions and more. To overcome varying tax rates, boundaries and rules that can monopolize internal resources, NetSuite partnered with Avalara to automatically calculate final sales tax amounts in real time on every invoice.
Often thought of as solely a tool for back office accounting, QuickBooks has additional features including marketing tools, merchant services and training solutions. With the launch of its iPad app, QuickBooks has made it even easier for small businesses to create and email estimates and invoices, take notes and snap photos related to customer activity and enter expenses on the go.
Square is an easy-to-use tool that allows businesses to sell products and services anywhere. Square’s app marketplace helps customers seamlessly integrate with other popular apps like accounting services, inventory management solutions and social analytics, which can provide insightful real-time data for your business.
